Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how BlueHealthUS, Inc. (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and shares information when you use Drive Your Way (the “Service”), available at https://driveyourway.org.
Who we are
The Service is operated by BlueHealthUS, Inc., a Delaware corporation (United States). For privacy questions, contact us at support@bluehealthus.com.
Information we collect
- Account data — the email address you use to log in and basic profile details.
- Gameplay data — in-game progress, fleet, contracts, and related activity.
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser and device type, and interaction logs, used for security and to operate the Service.
- Payment data — purchases are processed by Stripe, our payment processor, which collects and processes billing and payment information (and acts as an independent data controller for that processing). We do not store full card numbers; we receive transaction status and limited billing metadata.
- Cookies and similar technologies — see our Cookie Policy.
How we use information
- To provide, maintain, and secure the Service and your account.
- To process purchases and prevent fraud.
- To operate any opt-in multiplayer or competitive features we may add in the future.
- To serve and measure advertising (see Advertising below).
- To comply with legal obligations.
Legal bases (EEA/UK)
Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we process personal data on the bases of contract performance (operating the Service), legitimate interests (security, analytics, fraud prevention), consent (advertising cookies and personalized ads), and legal obligation.
Advertising
We use Google AdSense and Google H5 Games Ads to display advertising within the Service. These services and their third-party vendors use cookies, device identifiers, and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Where required, ads may use your approximate location and device data.
In the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, and Switzerland, we request your consent through a Consent Management Platform (CMP) before personalized ads are served. If you decline, only non-personalized ads (or no ads) are shown. California residents may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information through the same privacy controls.
You can review and adjust Google’s ad personalization at myadcenter.google.com and learn more about how Google uses data at policies.google.com/technologies/ads.
Third parties we work with
We share data with service providers and partners, including Stripe (payment processing), Google (advertising), and Cloudflare (hosting and security). Stripe acts as an independent data controller for payment processing; transfers between us are governed by Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. These providers are bound by their own terms and applicable data-processing obligations.
Data retention
We retain account and gameplay data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service, then delete or anonymize it within a reasonable period, unless a longer retention period is required by law.
International transfers
We are based in the United States and may process data outside your country. Where required, transfers from the EEA/UK rely on appropriate safeguards such as the Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict processing of your personal data, and to object to certain processing. EEA/UK residents may lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. California residents (CCPA/CPRA) may request access or deletion and may opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. To exercise rights, contact support@bluehealthus.com.
Children
The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age required by local law (for example, 13 in the US or 16 in parts of the EEA). If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the date above and, where appropriate, by additional notice.
