End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is between you and BlueHealthUS, Inc. and governs your use of the Drive Your Way software (the “Software”). By using the Software you accept this EULA and the Terms of Service.

License grant

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software for personal, non-commercial entertainment, subject to this EULA.

Restrictions

  • Do not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software.
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law.
  • Do not cheat, use bots, exploit bugs, or interfere with the Software or other players.
  • Do not circumvent security, rate limits, or access controls.

Virtual items

Virtual items and in-game currency are licensed for use within the Software, have no monetary value, and are non-transferable, as described in the Terms of Service.

Distribution and purchases

The Software is distributed, and purchases within it are sold, by Xsolla (USA), Inc., 15260 Ventura Blvd., Suite 2230, Sherman Oaks, CA 91403, USA, acting as merchant of record and authorized global distributor of the Software. Xsolla handles payment processing, billing, applicable sales taxes, refunds, and chargebacks for those transactions. BlueHealthUS, Inc. remains the developer and operator of the Software and the licensor under this EULA. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

Updates

We may update the Software, including changing or removing features, at any time. Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance.

Ownership

The Software and all related intellectual property are owned by BlueHealthUS, Inc. or its licensors. This EULA grants a license, not a sale.

Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach this EULA. On termination you must stop using the Software.

Warranty disclaimer

The Software is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Governing law

This EULA is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, except where mandatory local consumer law applies.
